SYSTEM BUILDER ERROR (first was told missing (mfc120u.dll) file)

I don’t know what the problem is, but my RobotStudio will not allow me to use System Builder. Every time I try and use it I get an error. The first time this happened RobotStudio told me I was missing a .dll file. I got the file from a fellow programmer and put it where it was found on his computer. After I put the .dll file in i still get an error and i cannot use system builder. I have uninstalled and reinstalled RS 3X and still get an error. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!! I am attaching snippets of what is going on.

thank you it finally worked after i uninstalled then reinstalled and restarted my laptop.
