The problem of Omega 160 IP65？

Hi, our company bought ABB 4400 and Omega 160 and the testsingal software can not show full results. So we adopt DAQ, OPC server and labview to get the singal, whereas, the results in labview and testsingal are different. Among, the voltage singal is about same, but the force singal has a great difference in the labview and testsingal and the computation is obtained by the ABB document. The below picture is refered computation equation, voltage and force singal compraision. Therefore, can you help me solve this problem? thanks!
