I set the “Time Server” IP (it’s a computer) for the robot and the robot’s time is differ much (more than 1 year) to the Time server.After setting for a long time, the robot’s time doesn’t synchronize.
How to make it works?Is it possible to make it works by PC SDK code?

What version of RW? CMOS battery in controller could be dead, I would try to replace and see if that fixes the issue.
RW version is 6.08.CMOS battery is ok.I have set the time server IP to the robot controller, but I don’t know how to triger the synchronize action, or it will synchronize automatically at some time?But I wait for a long time, it still not synchronize.

I think the LAN port needs a different subnet than the WAN, see below

I connect the controller with WAN port.Is there any different setting?
I didn’t try setting on TP.I set the NTP server IP and time zone by webservice api.I have checked the setting is correct.And the robot time is about 1min20sec difference to the NTP server.But the robot didn’t time sychronize.
