Trial Licence Activation Failed

Hello
I have a problem about trial licence on RobotStudio.On 27 April ı activated my licence and used properly ı had no any problem.Today ı reinstalled my Windows and RobotStudio as well but I didn’t know that ı had to save my licence and it has been deleted.Now when ı try to activate trial licence, it is not working.How can ı fix this problem? I sent email to licence support and contact center and waiting their answers.Do ı have any other options ?

Info at below : “The License associated with the provided key is Disabled.”

I using free trial and have same problem, a lot of features doesn’t work like configuration and so on ,and it say All available trial licenses have already been installed.
but nothing work
