Unhandled Exceptions

I am currently working on a simulation using RobotStudio, and am running into a lot of problems. While working I often receive an Unhandled Exception while saving, as well at other seemingly random times. This causes Robot Studio to crash, and require a restart. This is happening very frequently (10-20 times in 4 hours) and is getting very frustrating. I also have been experiencing crashed of the VC.EXE program which also causes me to have to restart RobotStudio.

I am running the latest release of RobotStudio available from the web site (5.12.03) in Windows Vista Ultimate x64.

The station consists of a FlexArc 250R Pack&Go, an imported welding Torch, and some geometry that I have imported as well.

Any ideas?
