Virtual Controller Error

Dear All,

I run RobotStudio and got the follow error message. RobotStudio then just stops there. I

  1. reboot my computer
  2. reinstall RobotStudio
  3. reinstall RobotWare 5.12

All these cannot fix the error. Does anyone have a solution for it?

What OS do you use? XP or Vista?
32-bit or 64-bit?
Do you get the problem with all RW-versions or any specific?
What RS version are you on? 5.12 or 5.12.01?

Try to disable possible firewalls and virus scanner and see if that helps.

Hi,

I am using

  1. 32bit XP
  2. RW 5.12
  3. RS 5.12

I just found that I got the problem when opening one specific system I ever created. Everything is fine when I open other system. Therefore, I need recreate the system. But I am just worrying that I may get the same problem in the future.
