VSTA macro - detaching

Hello

I made a macro that detaches everything from a tool.
As a tool i use a smart component which uses Attacher. The ‘Mount’ option in Attacher is not checked. However, when i run macro it detaches everything, but detached children are not keeping their positions and return to the original one.

I want to ask You if there is any solution so that detached parts could keep their positions?

I’ve managed to do it somehow, but it is not the best solution i think.

I stored part.transform (x,y,z,rx,ry,rz) before detaching and moved parts to this coordinates after.

Still could use some help.
