i have a problem in welding, i set the weld data correctly and taken trial for 50 component which found to be good welding but after that with no data changed the weld quality is very bad. then i swithced off the welding machine i then try for another component which was found to be good.
i need help, i want to know y this problem is coming, any problem with the welding machine y this problem coming suddenly

Bala,
What type of weld quality problems are you having?
Porosity, cold roll, undercut, etc.?
Have you checked all of your ground connections?
Is your wire feeder mounted to the top of the robot?
Sometimes you can get “static” from a hot wire shorting out somewhere, or ground coming loose in certain positions. (ie. if you are reaching too far and stretching the wires out.)

thanks for your help, found the problem, actually ground wire was loosen in the crimping side of robot
