112603: Failed to access the config files

Hi,

During opening file from my friend i got an error 112603:

Description
The configuration and settings files for the communication interface is not found in the HOME/GSI folder.
Actions112603: Failed to access the config files
Check that the HOME/GSI folder exists and that the configuration and settings files can be found there. Restart communciation.

Could you tell me where should I search these files, what are thier names or types? What does it mean HOME/GSI folder - should I have GSI folder in HOME folder, and there should be the configuration files?
