5.12 Fatal Error

Hello,

I’ve recently installed RS 5.13 and kept my existing copy of RS 5.12 on the same computer.

Both were working fine until a few weeks ago when RS 5.12 gave me this error when trying to launch (note 5.13 works fine). My coworker who has not installed 5.13 on his laptop and only has 5.12 on his laptop has the same error when trying to start 5.12. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 5.12 and repairing 5.12, but the same problem remains.

Probably has your license for RS 5.12 expired.
But why do you have both RS 5.12 and RS 5.13 installed? All functionality in RS 5.12 will you find in RS 5.13 (and a lot more).
We only support the latest released version of RobotStudio.
