Robot Studio - fatal error

I just updated my license 3 weeks ago.
Everything in my RobotStudio 5.12 was working well until today!

I am now getting the following error message:

Has anyone recieved this error?
Is there any way of fixing other than reinstalling Robot Studio?

are you running 5.12 or 5.12.01 ?

According to the RobotStudio Support Tool it is:
5.12.3076.138

So it’s 5.12. Try to install 5.12.01 an dsee if the problem persists.

I think those are installation or license related problems.:angry: please contact license support at softwarefactory_support@se.abb.com for better guidance.:+1: I also got the same kind of error message when I upgdared RS 5.10 to RS 5.12. I got quicker support from them.:clap: Hope you can also solve your problems:+1:.
