I’m tring to edit a program of a virtual robot (created on RobotStudio offline) but I get problem with an ActiveX.
As soon as a try to open the program edito a get the following error:
It’s impossible to get the window controller handle ‘AxSwcRapidEditor’.
No window ActiveX controls are not supported
(The error description could be not perfect becouse it’s a translation from a message in italian.)
I’m running robotstudio on Vista.
Could anyone help me?

We have many users using Windows Vista and have not seen this problem. What version of Vista are you using? Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Enterprise, or Ultimate? RobotStudio supports and is tested on Business, and Enterprise, but I am not aware of any differences in the other versions that should prevent RobotStudio from working on them. (That does not necessarily been there is none.)

that may solve your problem. Please let me know if it helps.
