I just ran Robot Studio today and I got this error:
Exception: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) 09/01/2018 16:57:19 General
I looked at this discussion “ABB Robotics Community - Maintenance” and tried most of the solutions but none worked.
Has anyone solved this issue.

I have Windows 10 64bits and I have installed RobotStudio 6.06

Windows security updates again in March 2020 made the communication problem with the controller. I uninstalled the recent Windows update and RobotStudio is working!
