Can I restore backup from controller IRC4 with RobotStudio 5.12 and RobotWare 4.0.94? If it is possible, how to do it? Otherwise, what software I need?

I suggest you go for RobotStudio 4 which have support for S4C controllers. Ofcourse with a little hands on it’s possible to restore a backup from S4C → IRC5 but if you want a easy way to back and forth RS4 is the way. FYI RS5 is for IRC5 controllers and RS4 i for controllers before IRC5.
