When i try backup from FlexPendant menu, it makes backup error and ask installing system again?
It tells that robot cannot backup because linked_m.sys is missing from home directory.
Do you have other backups? You could locate that file in the backup and copy it to the home directory.
thx lemster68. it’s my firs backup, so no previous to use. i managed find 4 at ABB subfolder in my PC. i compared them and everyone was same expected different folder and date. i transfer them in usb-stick and i will try transfer one of them in controllers home folder.
unfortunately i can’t get to controller at the earliest next week.
but i let you know how it goes.
I transfer it, and after that backup works fine. thx.
