Can't use the bending powerpac?

Hi, I just installed RS5.60 (on license) and the Bending PowerPac.

I haven’t used PowerPacs before, but I thought I just had to click the ‘Add-Ins’ tab and find it under the ‘PowerPacs’ folder on the left, but it is empty.

I tried uninstalling a few times, and also tried installing the machining Power pac, but none of them show up.

What am I doing wrong?

I’m using Windows 7.

Hi,

I take it that you are installing the 5.60 versions of the PowerPacs.

The PowerPacs also have a trial license which can be found in their corresponding folders, usually under “…/ProgramFiles(x86)/ABB IndustrialIT/RoboticsIT/…”

You might have to install the license first and then restart RS.
