I have been working on getting up to speed with the SC of RS. I have a system where I want to work on a moving workobject using conveyor tracking but when the box hits the SC sensor I want to stop moving the conveyor. I tried to use the JointMover but I didn’t have any luck.
The current support we have in RS for the RobotWare option ‘Conveyor Tracking’ does not support stopping the conveyor. That would require writing your own Smart Component in Visual Studio using so-called code-behind. Please get touch with our Developer Support if you are interested in this option.
