I am trying to create a new system from layout and for some reason I have no RobotWare to choose from even though they exist in the Mediapool folder. (see illustration). How do I get the RobotWare version to show up?

As the full path is not visible in your screenshot I assume you have verified that the path really is correct. (The RobotWare folder should not be selected).
Have you also tried to restart RS and try again?
