System not found

Hi!

I have a problem when trying to create a new system in robotstudio. When i make the new system in system builder i use back:ups from robots in our factory. It has worked before. But when i tried create a system today it says that its not able to find the system. In the system pool directory it appears like this:Not found( RobotWare_5.15.2005) i have tried to install robotware again and i have also restarted my computer and re installed Robotstudio. But it still dosent work. I have tried to make system from different back:ups and also by using drive keys and so on. But nothing works… ABB service guys from Västerås tried to help me over the phone. But the same back:ups and system works without problems on their computers.

Your MediaPool Path Has be

C:\PROGRAM FILES\ABB INDUSTRIAL IT\ROBOTICS IT\MEDIAPOOL

I had a similar problem months ago, and I resolved copying mediapool located in C:\PROGRAM FILES(x86)\ABB INDUSTRIAL IT\ROBOTICS IT\MEDIAPOOL in C:\PROGRAM FILES\ABB INDUSTRIAL IT\ROBOTICS IT\MEDIAPOOL as Ravinder says upper. I think it is because Windows versions, if you create a System with Win XP you probably could not use it in a laptop with Win7, because the Mediapool root is not the same ( Program Files <> Program Files (x86)). I hope this helps.
