The application use a blob analysis, position filter and position overlap are more than 150 mm ! SyncSeparation is about 10 mm, and the signal to the encoder board is good.
A few questions to clarify the problem. Which controller system are you running at (IRC5 or S4C+). How is the camera triggered? (Distance or sensor triggered). When the error occurs pls send a pickware log, a PMV file of the vision and a PickMaster log. Simply press stop on the teach pendant as soon you see the error and collect all the logs.
