Robot would not start properly in PM [PickMaster 3]

HI,

I have installation with 6 IRB 360 and PM 3.32. RW 5.12.3023.03.

Sometimes, when starting production with PickMaster a robot would not start properly.
PickMaster indicates a running project and there is indication that robot also running but the robot itself is not running.
When I openning Position Source in robot which is not running in real ( not in software) there is no vision from camera only black screen. It is happening approx 10/4 times per production start. Maybe this problem is due to a timing synchro trig - strobe.

Program pointer is standing at GetItmTgt instruction in Pick routin.

One posible to solve it is to stop project and run again. Sometimes ,when i stop robots in PM and restart them by clicking in icon controller, robots are starting properly.

Maybe someone had similar problem?

I believe you may have an electrical problem. Check that you get trig and strobe signals to your camera. When the project starts, it will report that one work area is set to be the trigger of the position source, like: “Pick Conveyor is triggered from Conveyor Work Area1.” Then you should look at the trigger signal for Conveyor Work Area1 and verify that it is pulsing.

Hi,

Praoblem has been solved :). It was missing in signal declaration. The Trigg signal definition was not set in the pickarea for the second robot on each controller.
