In Robotstudio/Installation/Modify Installation → Update: Robotware 7.15.4 was updated to Robotware 7.16.2.
How can I go back to Robotware 7.15.4? There is no option to downgrade after the update?

Did you install the system into the contoller?
I did: In Robotstudio/Installation/Modify Installation → Update
the controller then updated itself to RW7.16
The problem is that the IO configurator is now crying that it can’t handle RW7.16 and there doesn’t seem to be a version of the IO configurator that fits RS7.16
I expected there to be a way back but it doesn’t seem to be possible!?

Cold start the controller. Delete that system in Robotstudio and make another with 7.15.
I used RS2024.3 yesterday, but this version cannot handle Robotware 7.16.
With RS2025.1 it is possible: to go back to an older version under: Robotstudio/Installation/Modify Installation → Update (here now is selection possible)
The option to create a new system or a system from a backup as in RW5 and RW6 does not seem to be possible in RW7 or RS2025.1 until now.
