DSQC1042 error on module, Don't want to affect SafeMove settings

Hello,

I have an Omnicore controller running SafeMove that is wired to a DSQC1042 safety device (Which is then wired to our safety equipment). We have rewired the safety equipment and now it says “modified ABB I/O device detected that must be configured to work properly with the controller”. and also mentions “Device is faulty configured”.
The only option I can find is to click on ‘config’ on the device (then it says to update it but it also looks like it will delete my current IO names etc), I do not want this to mess up my safemove settings.

What can I do to get past this most efficiently and not affect my SafeMove program/settings? It is preventing me from reading the IO variables (X)'s next to them in the IO settings on the module.

Any advice is very much appreciated!

It was set up once, briefly relocated, then set up again.

I am wondering how to resolve the popups of “modified ABB I/O device detected that must be configured to work properly with the controller” / “Device is faulty configured”.

What do these popups mean in RobotStudio / how do I resolve them?

Would clicking ‘update device’ on the module popup erase my SafeMove settings that are in place?
