I’m using RobotStudio 5.14 in Windows 7.
I’m connected to the service port of a real controller via the crossover cable.
At roughly 30 second intervals, the editor is unresponsive. I am unable to type, move the cursor, etc. This lasts for roughly seven seconds.
This is such a drain on my productivity that I copy the code to a third party editor, make my changes, and paste the revised code back into RobotStudio.
My guess is that RobotStudio is locking out the editor while it synchronizes with the controller.
Is there some way to eliminate this behavior, so that I can edit continually?
