When i want to deploy project in screen maker and download screen in controller this error appear. Please see attach file

I would like to know the scenario related to this error, hence i am posting some questions:

This could be a good start , i think.

  1. Are you trying to deploy to a virtual controller/Real controller.
  2. If virtual is the virtual system in to which you are deploying the application present on a network drive.
  3. If real have you tried on other controllers too.
  4. Do you have administrator privilege on the machine where RobotStudio ScreenMaker is installed.

  4. Do you have administrator privilege on the machine where Robot Studio Screen Maker is installed.:you mean i should administrator privilege on the robot?where is this setting in pendant ?

have you upgraded your flexpendant firmware ??
and also have you got the “screenmaker” software option active in your IRC5 ??

create a system using the new robotware and download to controller.. firmware will upgrade..
(be sure to take an image of the card before you do that, in case of any problem later)
