Hi Ramu,
Depending of what type of external axis you should use, I recommend that you read the RobotStudio Help chapters “Creating a system with support for one robot and one track external axis” and “Setting up a track external axis”, or the chapters “Creating a system with support for one robot and one positioner external axis” and “Setting up a positioner external axis”.
You will find these chapters under “Creating, modyfing and copying systems” and “How to build Stations” in the RobotStudio Help.
