Fatal Error

I have a station that was started by someone else that I am trying to finish. I was able to unpack the file however when I try to open it, I get a fatal error and the software closes immediately. Here is a scan that I ran with the support tool. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Also is there a way I can send this to ABB for their input?

Hi Jason,

This seems to be a graphics problem. Try switching renderer to OpenGL, or turn off “Show coordinate system” in options.

You should also check if there is a newer graphics driver available for your computer as your current one is almost two years old (6.14.10.4953).
