RobotStudio-Fatal Error

I have installed RobotStudio 5.14 just now.But when I open,there is a note:

RobotStudio- Fatal Error

An Unhandled exception has occured.Please report this error by using the RobotStudio Support Tool.The application is now in an undefined state.We recommend that you exit the application.Click Yes to exit the application,click No to try to use the product anyway.

What happened?I am :grinning:

Thanks first. I have installed RS 5.13 and there is normal.But I have a new problem:I have imported a geometry which is catia v5(*.product)style,but in the station I can not see any 3D model.Why? The style of geometry ?Can I have some note?

The CATIA product files do not contain any geometry themselves. They are only referencing part files. Do you have the part files available?

I installed the latest version of RobotWare and then RobotStudio (RobotStudio 5.14.03.01) and get the exact same error as the user above soon as I open RobotStudio. The machine has Windows 7, 64-bit. I have put robotstudio on a different machine wihthout issues but I cannot use it on this new machine because of the error. Please help.

I’m sorry to hear about your problems. Please copy the text description of the fatal error and paste it here. The error log may provide information about the problem. Also provide a “full scan log file” according to the description in http://forums.robotstudio.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=2164

The error is produced immediately upon opening the program and picking either yes or no ends with the program closing.
