I tried to update a 2400 robot, current system is Robotware 5.07.1030.01 was trying to go to 5.13.02. After I updated durring the restart, gave me an error(see photo)
After that no matter what Robotware (5.13.02, 5.11.02, or 5.07.1030.01) I use it gives me 3 errors in the error log,
Firmware Reflash Failed
Firmware File not Found
No Panel Board Communitcation
My robot system is now in a failure state and I cant seem to get anything to work. Called Tech support about an hour an a half ago still no call back. She said she marked it as urgent. Can anyone help me out?

This problem with the FlexPendant should not be repeated once the controller is started (up and running) and the FP is restarted (disconnect and reconnect it to the cabinet).
