I’m a polish student, and my english isn’t good(sorry). I have a problem how make a gripper in this program, and how to use him in the simulation. I can convert a CAD gripper but what should i do if I want him to: close/open or grap a somethink?? it is passible to do this in RobotStudio?
The easiest way you can do is to make two gripper part.
One is closed, the other is opened state.
and set the signal to be visible or invisible part.
That is it but you can not see the closing or opening motion but you can see opened or closed state.
If you want find certain position, then you can do it very easily with above the same method.
But if you want to see turning motion, then you need to make the mechanism.
You can control the position and orientation of parts with I/O Signal.
