How can I add the object to the moving mechanism ? I can send the pack and go if someone can guide

ATTACHING OBJECT TO ROTATING MECHANISM

I am able to place a nut from nut holder to cylinder and the mechanism is able to rotate. The problem is that nut is not rotating with the cylinder. I can send the pack & go If someone can help,
