how to change the server

I want to change the server, but here are some problem
for the new one “Automatic Activation” could not work

for the old one, could not find “Chick in/out commuter key liscens” button

so want should I do to set a new server?

unless you have a school license, the license is nodelocked to the PC, its not a server license.
