License server issue

Hej!

When I use the License Key Request Wizard I get the following error when I press Start:

“No license server specified, please use Software Product Administrator to set license server and try again.”

The problem is I have no clue where to find this license server url?

Hi Johan,

That error indicates that your license ID is for a floating license, but you haven’t specified the server that will manage your floating license keys.

To fix this, open Software Product Administrator and select “Action” → “Specify License Server…”. Type the name of the computer where the Sentinel LM Server (available on the RS DVD) is installed.
