In RS 5.0 is it not possible to create parts or mechanisms.
This functionality will be implemented in later releases.
To attach a part to another part, drag the part in the Object Browser to the part it should be attached to.
Actually, I added a track motion to another track motion in order to test 2 axes. Please try it. RS3.2 is working but RS5.0 is not.
