I can't restore a backup

Hello!

I have one backup from the Robot IRB 6600, but i can’t restore it.

I try download RobotStudio 4 from myportal of ABB, with a Manual I configure the virtual robot browser, but when start the QuickTeach, the virtual robot always have " error Timeout "
I searched this error, but i don’t found nothing, only that can be the antivirus but not in my case.

I’m new in this, and sorry for bad english.

Okey, was the program that don’t work in Win7, now run in Win XP good.

The next problem, in Virtual Robot Browser when I create a new robot, the program revision only appear 3HAC6811-2.21 RW 0927 System Pack 4.0, but i need 3HAC6811-2.00 677 System Pack 4.0, How I can add what I need?

In the forum I don’t found nothing
