Issue while Synchronize paths to Rapid

Hi everybody,

sometimes, I have a problem when I synchronize to Rapid.
The synchronization freezes at 48 or 50%, It’s not possible to finish. I need to cancel it, close and restart RS.

I use RobotStudio 6.03.01 (64-bit)
Version 6.03.6983.1035.

now I’ve also got one time the same while trying to synchronize to the station.

If it freezes for me when syncing station > rapid. I know there is an issue with the motion of the robot. I fix the path, autoconfig, make sure all targets reach, etc then resync.

Hi,

when it freezes and I restart RS, I can directly sync the path to rapid, without making any change, and it works.
In many cases, my paths don’t have any motion issue (Reachability or config are ok), and the bugs occures.
