License key fault

HI

i have updated from RS 5.09 to 5.10 but after installing the new licensefile i get this message.

What can i do to correct the problem ??

Please analyze the computer with the enclosed analysis tools, to help us locate the problem.

There are 1 tool enclosed in the enclosed ZIP file (3 files):

LicenseDiagnostics.exe

Interop.LicenseManager.dll

lsapiw32.dll

LicenseSupport.dll

Run LicenseDiagnostics.exe tool following the instructions below and send screen shots back to ABB.

LicenseDiagnostics.exe:

The tool, LicenseDiagnostics.exe, is designed to complement the Software Product Administration tool.

The new tool supplies more detailed information on a license with the internal license error codes from the licensing system.

Installation:

Copy and Unzip the LicenseDiagnostics.zip on your desktop of your PC. (Or other if prefered)

Use:

Start the “LicenseDiagnostics.exe”.

This will open a window which is similar to a Promt Window.

Let this run (can take a little while) and when a new window comes upp save the new file in the same place you unzipped the LicenseDiagnostics.zip

Press any key to remove the prompt window.

Send the file created; LicenseDiagnostics.xml to softwarefactory_support@se.abb.com
