RS License

Hi,

I’m having a problem with starting RS when not connected to the network. Everything works ok when connected to the network. The error message I get is:

“No valid application license (Error code 80040212).
Do you want to launch the License Key Request Wizard to obtain a valid license)”

Sounds similar to the problem posted previously on this forum.

However I am unable to run as administrator and I am using Windows XP OS.

Hi Neil.

Please send us your lservrc file, so we can check it. You will find it using this path: C:Program FilesCommon FilesABB Industrial ITRobotics ITLicensing

Also generate a new License Key Request Form from your computer and send back to us.
