License storage access error

Several days ago, I updated my window system 10 to 11, then RS has an error. (I’m not sure this is due to update or not, but I didn’t change system clock or hardware. This is laptop PC. ) The version is 2021.3.1. Please have a look below picture then comments please.
I have initialized again and again but same situation occurs. Formatting PC is the only solution?

Hello!

  1. Copy/save/write down your activation key (25 digits). It will be needed for reactivating RobotStudio in step 4.

  2. Run cmd.exe (command prompt.) and execute command below which will delete the 7.x folder:
    RD /S /Q “%programdata%\ABB\RobotStudio\7.x”

  3. Execute command below which will recreate the 7.x folder and reinitialize the license storage:
    “%programfiles(x86)%\ABB\RobotStudio 2025\Bin\RobotStudio.Installer.exe” -InitLicenseStorage

At this point when you start RobotStudio the error should not appear.

  1. Activate RobotStudio via Options → Licensing → Activation Wizard.

It worked!!! Then I got the below picture.

Had after an Windows Update the same Problem.
After I entered my License again it stay on Basic even I have Premium.
Any Solving tips.
