Are there any significant functional differences between build 5.04.0066 and the most current release of the SDK?

no, there is no design view support in RAB5.05. The PC SDK is now included in the package.
There is a uniform excpetion handling in use now instead of return codes. Besides that, a couple of class names have been changed (as mentioned in the readme)…
