New system - major problem

I have had a problem all day, hope someone has a suggestion to this.. (screenshot in the end)

When I open RobotStudio and select system builder, i can enter a name and stuff, enter the controller key, and enter a drive key, however as soon as I click continue from the drive key I get a MediaPool error.

Neither real nor virtual keys are accepted.
It does not make a difference if I am within an empty station / a Templated one or fresh from startup, same error every time.

I can create a new system from a template and it seems to behave well.

I have reinstalled twice allready trying to fix the error but no success.

I am on Vista ( everything up to date ) RS is 5.12.02

Here is the latest RS Report

Much appreciated

Hi,

Please answer the following questions in order to help us pinpoint the problem:

  • Have you ever been able to create systems using RS 5.12.02?
  • Have you tried to create systems with other RW versions?
  • Are you out of disk space?
  • Did you reinstall RW as well (and not only RS)?
    Kind regards,
    Henrik

Anders S. looked at my pc yesterday and I have mailed some dbg. files for you guys to investigate.

*1, not certain. Templated stuff works System Builder crashed.
*2, yes it has worked previously
*3 No, still got around 130 gigs left, hope it is enough
*4 I have reinstalled 4 times sofar ( only RobotWare, RW & RS, tried a different RW location on disk ( RS does not work well when you don’t use the default dir )
