Hi,
I am wondering if it is normal that PM 3.34 take about 2 min to start completly.
When pressing the PM icon on the desktop it takes about 45 sec before I see the PM image and it takes 1m15 sec more before the PM is started.
An other behavior is that when I start the first time a project it needs about 35sec before the robots are started. If I stop the project and start again the robots start directly.
I checked the IP settings and Firewall is non actif.
Has anybody some ideas? Is this normal?

Hi Fabrice,
2 min is not normal for sure - it should fire up in less than 30 seconds. If you have a lot of cameras it may be a bit slower.
The fact that starting the project the first time is slow may suggest that loading the dlls is taking a lot of time. I’m afraid I don’t have any really good tips at this point but at least try the following:
-Make sure there is no mapped network harddrive that cannot be reached. Windows can take a long time to establish that the connection is not there anymore which may cause the computer to seem very slow when looking for files.
-Disable any network port that is not used.
-Uninstall and make a fresh install.
-Have you had any previous installation of PickMaster (3 or 5) on this PC?

Thanks Frederik for you response, I have just see you note today. (I forgot about it)
I will try next time I go to the customer to disable the not used ethernet port.
Uninstall and make a fresh install is not really an option.
This was a fresh new installation of Pickmaster on a new PC (B&R - APC810 - XP SP3).
