As I know, Pickmaster 5 is a software that used to be in palletizer. If I want to arrange some items in a box (before it sent to the pallet), with a different pattern. Can I use pickamster 5 also for my application?

We want to arrange some bottles into the carton box. there are some formation bottle inside the box. ( mini palletizer in a box, not in pallet). There is only one layer for a box. But, a robot could be handle up to 100 variants. (they are a small production, so a day maybe they produce several variant bottle). We think, we can handle this application without pickmaster 5, BUT if we must handle up to 100 variants bottle, I think the program will be so complicated. Is it right? How do you think about this?

Hi Carmila,
I see your point in using PM5. Since it’s very easy to program all the positions in the GUI.
What you need to do is to approximate your bottles with boxes.
Get yourself a copy of PM5 and check it out. There is a 7 day trial license with the installation.
