Can pickmaster recognize a clear plastic components? such as
mobile phone cover, case or something like those.. If there are limits,

There is a possibility to identify clear plastic items. I would recommend that you experiment by adjusting the exposure on the camera. Sometimes that is not enough then you have to do some more extensive changes to your lights. Some people have solved this by illuminating the plastics by UV-light creating a sharp geometric picture. E.g this is a matter of how you illuminate the objects that you want to pick.
