PickMaster stopped working (RIS plugin Event 1026 .NET runtime error)

Hi,

I have 2 automated lines using 4 x IRB1200 run from PM3, to pick parts from a conveyor and stack to an outfeed conveyor.
Randomly the error ‘PickMaster has stopped working’ occurs and the application needs to shut down. This can occur from once a day to nothing over a whole month.

There are 2 errors being reported as below;

  1. ‘111117 Uplink messasge failed’

  2. ‘Event 1026 .NET Runtime’. See attached photo for full description
