Problem to running project in Pickmaster [PickMaster 3]

Hi,

Sometimes we are not able to stop a running project which is running in PickMaster. We push the STOP button or also try in the menu but the line doesn’t stop. IWe using RIS via an RS232 on the line and the PLC haves also problem to stop the program. When it happen, the only way to stop it is to stop the process with a CTRL ALT DELETE. Do you know how to solve this problem?

If you got a high CPU load, this may occur. Most often it’s caused by heavy models and high trig frequency.

It’s not the case, the CPU is not overload when I try to stop the program.
