PickMaster5: Error configuration outside reach

Hello,

I have just started learning PickMaster5 and the ONLY user manual I have is the one that comes with the installation. I have also been trying to follow the manual and got stuck on the QuickStart project that comes with the installation. After transferring the project to the virtual controller and starting the project from virtual FlexPendant, I always have this error: “112350: Target configuration outside reach” with description: “Task:T_Rob; A valid robot configuration within reach was not found for target. Program ref:/PmMain/Operate/PmCalcArmConf/102”

Would anyone help me how to get rid of this error please? Apart from that, can anyone direct me to the easy PickMaster5 tutorial please? I feel like hitting a dead end here.
