Could someone send me the ppaBase program? (uncoded offcourse) I’ve been trying to understand the way Pickmaster works, but without this module it’s difficult. I need this because i had the errors 4316 and 4317 and fixed them setting filter active for the Position Generator Signal to 50ms. Pickmaster worked fine for about a month but now i’m having the same errors again. But sometimes when i restart the controller it works, but sometimes it doesn’t. So i would like to se where and how the Position Generator signal is being used in the program.
The ppaBase.sys is a part of the product and will not be published.
It’s a matter of intellectual property and contain proprietary information. In addition to this, the module contains code parts that if altered may cause unwanted issues for the user.
But I can inform you that none of the process signals are used in this module. All process signals and itemsource-handling are programmed in compiled C-code in RobotWare.
Your problem is most certain caused by faulty wiring, unshielded cables, faulty grounding or even ethernet problems. Please refer to the link below for further details about the 431x-warnings.
