Problem With Robot Studio

I am currently having problems with robot studio, besides the fact it crashes without me saving my work:wink:, I am having a continuous problem when I try and open a file with it. It tries to connect to the virtual controller and waits for a long time and then throws an error at me saying ā€œThere was a problem starting the virtual controllerā€ I press ok, then open my file once more and it works the second time. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming. I am a newbie to robot studio but I beleive I am learning quickly. Has anyone else had this problem then found a solution to it, if so please share it would be extremely helpful.

If you have a computer with dual core that could be the problem.

Thanks a lot, that is good to know, I am a new guy so I did get the laptop with the dual core processor which would explain why the other two guys didnā€™t have the same problem with their laptops, my company is getting Robot Studio 5.08:wink: so hopefully that will solve this annoyance.
