Problems with RS 4.0 build 2461

Hello,
I have some problems with RS and conveyor.

  1. Changing the max. and min. distance on the conveyor by the Teach Pendant isn’t working.
  2. When I make new conveyeor and click on setup conveyor, data lika a I/O signals and distances aren’t loaded sometimes. If i try it a number of times (e.g.10x) is it working.
  3. Function DropWobj in Rapid program isn’t working, instead it I use SetDo c1DropWobj,1.

I try it on several PCs and is it same problem.
Is problem with this version of RS?

Hello Miki,

Unfortunately has the conveyor functions some limitations in RS 4.0. When no more release of RS for S4 robots are planned, I’m afraid we have to live with these.

To solve the problem with DropWobj, a short WaitTime in the rapid program after the DropWobj instruction, can help.
